Help, eyebrows giga asymmetrical, face aswell, recessed.

As you may be able to tell, my eyebrows are completely different looking and overall just terrible, i understand i cant shave them but i dont know the ideal ranges of shaving them and how to at all and i want something with permanent change. I was wondering if oral minoxidil could help me change the overall structure of my eyebrows. Im also looking for tips on how to ascend my face, forehead is so disproportionate its brutal. Already taking care of my skin so idc ab that. No tips ab misc unless its niche please. And no tips ab aas bc that shit in the mail.
