Low inhib surgeons. I want to open my face and fuckking augment my whole lower third and having almost impossible osteotomies with bone transplant.

But I don’t mind going in other countries
 
I wish I could also do every osteotomies possible for my lower third, Id do any shit. From jaw widening to a better angle of the mandible
