Help fix my ccw rotation

I have really bad ccw rotation and downward growth, I currently have Marpe and it’s been in for about 3 weeks I’m also getting braces and Invisalign so I’m wondering if that can help fix it? Also is there anything else I could do in order to help it

I have an expander but my ortho says I need braces after I expand and Invisalign after. I’ve been told marpe helps with ccw rotation so read the post again and gimme a real answer
