LF3 would solve everything unironically, im worried that too many implants will have some negative effects over time. but yeah trimax with implants sounds like a good idea, he definately needs trimax as his ramus is fucked

Maybe a high cut LF1 plus midface implants is the best approach as it can give a more natural look to the paranasal area. This is something I’m exploring too.

If high cut LF1 is offered, he should go for it, the difference between high cut lf1 and normal lf1 is massive. Also forgot to mention, it has to be saddled infraorbital malar implants, if its not saddled, its worthless

Once you fix the maxilla. Everything else falls in place.

Shame that’s it’s much harder to fix compared to the lower jaw.

1. Good ratios/harmony + being white along with ok bones is enough to slay if you weren't a PSL austist you would know this... just look at the guys who are simped over on tiktok alot of them don't have crazy bone structures they're just white dudes with good harmony/ratios.

Plus he can ascend his bone structure with surgery, he can get jaw/maxilla/chin surgeries and they could push him to chadlite/chad.
