Nice shirt anyway u have a similar side profile to mine aka ressced maxilla. Just mew and save for surgery in the meantime MSE + face mask seems promising but that’s very niche yes and hard ti get

Water lmao it's always ugly people that get overrated and gl ones underrated. They told him to get a shitton of surgeries which are not really needed, he just needs to mature a bit more.
