Help fixing side profile after recessive ortho

Back when I was 15 (now 18) I got orthodontic treatment to a slight overbite caused by an underdeveloped lower jaw. I got both my maxillary first premolars removed then my anterior teeth retracted to shorten the maxillary arch. I'm now kicking myself for not researching the consequences of recessive orthodontics. Now my teeth are anterior teeth are flayed out and the mandible is still recessed. Luckily only my side profile is fucked. Any suggestions for fixing my side profile? I play on getting MSE + face mask soon

Yeah, it does pretty much look the same. The thing is I was offered jaw surgery by my ortho but I went with the less invasive treatment of extractions.

Seeeesh nigga that costs like 50k and tbh I think I'd only get diminishing returns. I'm going to start with facemask + MSE hopefully I'll see some kind of improvement in my side profile

Bro I had the exact same orthodic treatment happening to me. Except my theeth aren't sticking outwards, but my upper palette is not horizontal. Also my face became less wide by extracting the teeth.
Now my side view is utterly recessed and I got minor breathing problems (light sleep apnea). A surgeon recommended a bimax for me where my upper and lower jaw are extended. Haven't found anyone for MSE, but everyone I spoke so far discoured me getting it. Also I went to the dentist today and my wisdom teeth rotated cause of the extra space made free by pulling the teeth out.
Orthos are cucks for pulling teeth and should have expanded the lower jaw instead.

They did the same to me. I want to restart the journey with adding back the teeth. Do they do that? They pulled out 3 teeth from mine. They narrowed my palate and for that now my philtrum is drooping. What are you gonna do with it? Bimax?

I'm going to get me + facemask for a few mm of foward expansion. I don't believe my case to be extreme enough to warrant bimax. Also bimax leaves the mid face behind creating an ape aesthetic in some cases

Bimax is for forward extension only. It's a heavy surgery where both the jaws are cut and re-attached with plates in a more forward postion.

Agga can also push the jaw forward, but it got alot of sides, I think more then bimax. In a few years it wont prob exist.
The teeths are pushed forward so place is created, where new fake teeth can be places. Doing that with braces causes lots of bone erosion and other problems.

MSE can add extra width to face. It can expand the upper palette to up to 12mm. See my avi. The upper palette is pushed diagonally. Its bone borne so the jaw is pushed outwards and beiing widen.

My plan is to do Bimax, for better side view and airflow and then wrap around jaw implant to give extra face width for the lack of bone in jaw. It will probably cost me 20-30k. I haven't found anyone for MSE. My blue pilled dentist today said no dont worry about assemtry,everybody got it. Dont fix it.
My ortho who gives my braces for Bimax also said dont get MSE and my surgeon so I dont know. I am afraid my assemtries will get worse. I didnt had assemtries when they pulled my teeth. Perhaps I should get an online consultant for MSE.
Also every teeth the pulled is like 3mm less forward grown and less face width.

Fly out to get the thing installed and do the rotations yourself while watching for asymmetry. After u get the desired expansion you could go to a local ortho for post mse braces

Your better off getting bimax CCW but without bringing the upper jaw forward a lot, only minimally (so your upper midface isn't left behind).

That way you dont risk upturning your nose more, as well. Your side profile is very similar to that guys in the before, and he ascended a lot.
