forehead is a nerf you need to grow out your hair and make it cover up your forehead but that takes lots lots of time

go to the gym and get lean
lips look dry hydrate it

i feel bad for saying this but there isn't a lot you can do, stop mouth breathing? there's just a lot that went wrong i don't like to demotivate people cause im empathymaxxed but if you fix your hair you can slightly gain some appeal when you're leaner and have a better haircut you're gonna look better just lose some weight

you don't need a big surgery if all you're chasing is a life where you don't get bullied for your looks you can live a normal life just do as stated
