Im 16.4 years old rn Been taking long term since 9 or 10, always 5-15mg every single night have barely missed a single night its like brushing teeth.

I've always been a late bloomer voice didn't start deepening at 15 same with muscle mass and response to lifting weights and very slow puberty overall,

for instance I took a testosterone test at 15 years old and 3 months and it was 280.

Ihowever height growth has been normal.

Am I cooked?

In this narrative review, we highlighted that there is some evidence that exogenous melatonin may alter pubertal timing in some animals, that photoperiodic and melatonin level changes may be associated with changes in kisspeptin signaling in some seasonal breeders, and that one of the longitudinal studies in humans suggested that long-term melatonin use might be linked to a delay in puberty onset
