Guys, please give me some advice on how to grow taller. My damn height is only around 175 cm at 17, and I’m really tired of feeling like everyone my age and other people around me are taller. Even when I’m only 1–3 cm shorter than someone, I still feel like a dwarf.
Let me tell you a story from my life. When I was 13, I was about 143 cm tall. People bullied me and made fun of my height and appearance. But at 14, I suddenly started growing a lot, and by 16 I was around 170 cm tall (I didn’t measure my height during that time). When I turned 17, I reached 175 cm.
Even now, I still hear jokes about my height. People didn’t see how much I grew from 13 to 17, but 175 cm still isn’t enough for me. I want to grow another 5–10 cm. I don’t know if that’s possible, but I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP.
