Got so lazy and skipped half the assignments, I wanna send an email and try to redo them what should I say

I'd probably try saying "Oh man, I just realized I forgot to take the quizzes! I understand that I missed them, but can I take them and at least get partial credit? I feel so stupid"

They partial credit line is what's important. Also, your prof probably doesn't actually want to fail anyone
