letrozole(extended time for growth plates), Hgh(you already have, but suggest a dosage 6iu or more factor in weight and height), and niche one that is experimental but showing promising effect is a fgfr3 inhibitor that is shown to "widen" the growth plate, increasing final height by a couple cm like 3 cm prob alone
