Help!!! I just turned 15 but my maxilla is fucked both lateral and forward. Don’t know what to do. Thinking of palate expander

I just turned 15. My maxilla is fucked from mouth breathing until I was 13, it’s been getting better but my sutures are gonna harden soon if it hasn’t already so I need to do some shit now. I’m thinking about getting a palate expander because my palate is slightly narrow but I need to know if it will still help me with achieving any forward growth on my fried maxilla, or any lateral maxillary growth if my sutures have or have not fused

I currently have braces and I got it 6 months ago and I still gotta wear it until 1.5 years more to fix my overbite

What type of palate expander should I get and what would I tell my ortho, it’s only slightly narrow, my tongue doesn't all fit on my roof and touches slightly on the top of my teeth.

Is there anything else I can do (other then hard max) or am I staying a incell forever

dont get elastics if done too aggresively it can retract your maxilla even more

Width of the palate seems fine, it’s just forward growth issue.
