lol no idea just google elevated heel shoes on Amazon and look for ones that have 2 inch elevation and 2 inch space inside so you can use 1.5 inch insoles

Scoliosis can be quite severe and not be THAT much visible outwards... If it's his case, his best alternative would be the german Schroth Method, did wonders for me...

You have no idea what ur talking about there is almost no evidence of fasting increasing gh and igf 1, FASTING for 24 hours lmao the number one cause for stunted growth/development is malnutrition.

I've got 4 Schroth books in English, there are more but that's the ones I could found for free, as Germany is quite strict with their Antipiracy laws...

But I mastered it after like 50 pages from the 1st book, it's not THAT hard as long as you focus on RAB (Rotational Angular Breathing).

It's not simple, I'm not gonna lie (it's a German thing after all), but it's a 100% effective, that I can promise you.

The entire 4 books total 1000+ pages, but you can get a pretty fucking good base after 50 pages of the 1st book, it's where the base knowledge is.

No to be a jerk, but your issue lies in the nostrils, not in bone per say... That's something I've solved with pliers, it'll shrink them and make them smaller/thinner in all directions.
