I used to be 350 now I’m 244.6

this was how absolutely fat and miserable I was

As of Feb 1 I am on Reta 1x a week and ghkcu 2x a week last week I started ipa and tesa daily

good work, start lifting to prevent loose skin and becoming skinny fat once you drop more

I lift 3x a week my loose skin is pretty minimal at the moment mostly around my arms and thighs a little on my lower belly but once I hit the point where I can see abs I plan on staying there for a few months then getting loose skin surgery

I upped it to 2.5mg this week I’ve been cruising at 2 for the last 4 weeks
