HELP IM OVERDOSING ON RITALIN WHAT DO I DO

I took 120 mg fast release ritalin 2 hours and 30 minutes ago, felt ultra intelligent, then 30 minutes ago i took 60mg more but i got scared and tried to vomit 5 minutes later, i dont know if it went out completely out of my system. Its been 30 minutes and i dont feel anything but 2 different ai told me to call emergency hospital, what do i do? i am telling my mom to let me call emergencies but i only told her i took 120mg and i cant tell her i took 60mg more.
