Recently this area of my right knee has been hurting. My left knee a bit too but not as bad as the right one. It’s hard to squat and do leg exercises cause it hurts and limits the weight I can move. For basketball I can run and shit, I just feel a little discomfort but when it comes to lifting it hurts like shit. Idk if this is related but my growth plates in this area were open this spring. Please give me some tips! Thank you
