HELP LEFORT1 CANDIDATE

Hello my fellow niggas i know im iqcel grey etc, so thats why i need help from the higher iq blackpillers, I been debating about getting marpe + facemask(smile width), and later doing a lefort 1 + malar implants, so i need help if it would a good option to do both or just one of the options (money aint an issue) , This is my lateral RX showing a clearly class 3 only corrected teeth wise, but not in a Maxilla-Skeletal level so its basically hiding mi upper maxilla recession, I like to take this surgeries in a more conservative way to avoid getting botched, but i would like to know the opinion of more educated people in the forum, Thanks in advance.

skip the marpe (unless your intermolar width is death tier 30mm). get double jaw surgery with clockwise rotation. your OPA is flat and your maxilla is really vertically short

Thx for the advise bro, what is OPA? Also the clockwise rotation would improve my facial height as you said my maxilla is in the short side, what could I do about the smile width then (my intermolar is above the 30MM)? so the rotation and advancement would give me the better smile? also the DJS regarding my jaw would be to shorten the horizontal length of the mandible or advancing it further? sorry if i sound retarded

Thanks man, so to see if i understood, I should get an DJS with advancement of both maxilla’s upper and lower, should i add an advancement in the chin too? i have a good chin structure but lacks a bit of protection.
Also the DJS with cw will help with the face height, the implants are basically bc the lefort 2 is a bit hard to get someone to do it as I don’t have health issues my problem it’s not the width of my palate but the projection of my maxilla

Thinking deeper as you said I don’t need it with the advancement of the lower jaw the chin would gain advancement
After bimax the implants are a must imo.
I have the appointment for starting the surgery planning in january will post plan after it’s done
