Help loosing weight

I am 14 years old and weight around 190-200 and 5’10 I am fat. I want too loose weight fast, I have been starving my self and started working out is there any method or any type of drug to help me loose weight faster?

Starving yourself does NOT WORK please do not do ts, i ate 800 calories everyday for 2 months to lose weight and i did get skinny but i lost almost all muscle, i was extremely unhealthy and constantly fainting, i was in a horrible mental state and it didn’t even last because i got fat right back after even with eating maintenance calories and now im fat as fuck, if you want to lose weight easily you have to find out how you operate for example if you tend to be a home person and rely on convenience and logic then find ways to lose weight by doing so rather then trying to go to the gym everyday and forcing your body out of its nature it will only lead to burnout, You don’t have to track calories necessarily either you have to be in a defecit but aslong as you are subconsciously eating calories that put you in a defecit then you won’t have to put the work into tracking and can be more consistent

eat 1 apple a day
 
1800-2000 cals a day w 100g protein minimum to keep yourself from not starving and also high nutrients to grow, 45 min a day incline treadmill, 10k+ steps a day

Do incline treadmill walking set as 3mph, right after that go to the sauna for around 20-30 minutes depending how long you can last in there and be sure to wear layers to sweat more. Hydrate right after the sauna too since your sweating out water and electrolytes

you’re still very young, do NOT starve yourself or look for drugs that’ll literally mess up your growth & hormones. there are no safe weight loss drugs for a 14 year old..

starving actually slows your metabolism & makes fat loss harder you dont need extreme methods. eating normal meals, cutting soda/junk, sleeping enough & working out consistently will already help a lot at your age TRUST.
 
starving is retarded because you'll end up skinnyfat which is maybe even worse than fat

lose 1% of your weight weekly MAX

Development is gonna get cooked from starving yourself just lower calories and get better food quality imo you might just grow out of being fat ngl that's what happened to my mate he just got taller and did nothing else
