help losing hair

diffused thinning all around scalp. advice pls

-js ordered dut and minox via online prescription. we'll see how it goes for at least 6 months, then make some adjustments if needed. might be looking at a hair transplant down the line so i have to stay on dut for at least a year in order to stabilize the hair follicles. gotta make some money before then because transplants cost a fuck ton

-shampoo about once a week

any advice from ppl who are/were in similar boat

wow thats brutal, i saw title and was gonna recommend you oral min and dut/fin, but youre good id say, just run it for a few months and see how it goes, wish you healthy hair
