as much as incels on here like to pretend that every failo should be fixed with surgery, that is not the case and there is a line when its not worth it, bsso is a big procedure and overkill for most, his jaw angle doesnt look that bad and a better alternative imo would be temp chin filler or genio in the future, but of course it comes down to preferences, bsso would ideally be better. he doesnt need a rhino, unless he wants to over feminize his face and end up like clav
