help me ascend / fix low dimo / fix assymetry

prefacing this with that im 16, 6'2 and around 78kg. my whole face looks shit from the front, looks bloated / puffy and low dimo. i took both photos completely unfrauded and relaxed apart from flexing my hyoid. how can i make myself look more angular and defined. dont just tell me "have good diet + puberty will carry bro" actual advice for my face please. my face is also assymetrical which could be due to pelvic tilt. thanks to anyone who helps
