First of all shave your little mustache, you are 15 it really doesnt fit, you presumably wanna date girls around your age, teenage girls dont like facial hair, not to mention it just looks goofy on you., get a retinoid, i personally use tretinoin. grow out your brows with topical minox and grow out your lashes using an eyelash serum or bimatorprost, and get a better haircut that fits your head shape and hair type, research all of these in your free time and stop expecting for people to tell you exactly what to do like a dog.
