can you guys recommend me any surgeries for ascend please be honest and respectful to make me close to htn 6 .cuz im so confused in surgery some peoples say i need trimax,bimax,lefort 1 and im just thinking to simple surgery like rhino and fat grafting for my eyes

You have a flat maxilla and thats what is causing you most of the flaws. But your lower jaw is excellent (not reccesed) so it ll be difficult to get one. The best option for you rn is rinoplasty cause the nose is holding u back the most
