Ive just turned 16 and im 185cm now. From Dagestan and Kyrgyzstan . Give me any tips to ascend please and highlight my weak points and what’s good about me. I want to reach Chang.

Not many people know Kyrgyzstan so I said Mongolia, it’s very similar anyway.
