Im 15 what are the things I should improve I will hop on accutane asap but besides skin what are the things I can I do to ascend and get better facial structure

Accutane, Gym, 10% BF. See bone structure, if good then good, if you can identify flaws in a couple years, surgery. Dont roid it's a long term looks min.

Thats whats keeping me of it since im 5‘6 and I have to grow I heard about isotret cream maybe I will try it but im visiting the Dermatologist first

ask your doctor for tretinoin to fix the inflammation and acne on your face (dont take accutane yet unless this doesnt work) and then if you want take ghk-cu to glow

Accutane gym, minoxidil 4eyebrows(not too much) & dye hair a shade darker.
Don't worry about other skincare just get the accutane and worry about the rest later

definitely debloat, and perhaps get a back taper with v bulk so your head doesn't look as cylindrical, or you could try going for a caesar cut.
and also jus do a slight touch up on the brows other than that you're all good

If you are going to use accutane also use an moisturiser for your skin and an lip balm and follow the advice that the others gave you
