I work out 6 times a week, I do football and rugby and my bf % is around 13. Don't starvemaxx because that will fuck up your hormones and will stop you from getting more bonemass and growing taller. You also got pretty good genetics when you're at 14 already 6 foot and your not chopped so don't stress too much about it and you will ascend with time.
