Help me ascend

I’m 14 6’0 and am trying to ascend. I’ve done a decent amount in the past 5 months but I wanna take the next step and truly ascend, help

Focus on your nutrition, lifestyle and training during puberty, that's pretty much the only thing you can do besides hardmaxxing but your just 14 and your already 6 foot so you should be okay. Don't starvemaxx because that will fuck up your hormones and will stop you from getting more bonemass and growing taller. You also got pretty good genetics when you're at 14 already 6 foot and your not chopped so don't stress too much about it and you will ascend with time.

I work out 6 times a week, I do football and rugby and my bf % is around 13. I follow a nutrition plan and get minimum 200 g of protein a day

Focus also on Vitamins and minerals like zinc or magnesium and get enough sun light or supplement Vitamin D3 K2
