Recession, big ahh nose and low bonemass are the biggest flaw id say

You also have a slightly recessed mandible which gives your nose that little bump

If you still in ur puberty you csn fix it with an optimal tonge posture and breathing with ur nose
how can i fix ipd, i've done some researches and its pretty much unchangeable
Yes it is possible if you still in puberty you can change maybe a few mm but im not sure there still hardmaxxes that fix it
You could try frauding by kind of changing other proportions but idk to much my ipd is slightly to narrow
im def still in puberty as im still growing by cms in the past months
