go to the gym more
lash and brow serum / minox + bima
new haircut

"Copecare" is what incels and retards call regular skincare, because they prefer to go straight to retinoids and pharmaceutical options - Tretinoin and accutane being the most popular examples of both

i was on adapalene and doxycline which worked but i didnt stay consistent enough and it came back.

I can ring but 16+ to make appointments, im still registered under my parents for appointments near the GP by me, so they'd notify my parents if i did

and with summer coming around, i'd end up not listening to any of their punishments and then its just a downward spiral lol

anyway ima go doctors cos if i can get away with not paying for accutane and gettin the correct blood tests done for it that would be great
