You have a good base. I would just hop on 0.05 tretinoin with a moisturiser before applying (dr althea 345) is my fav but use whatever that makes your skin not itch. This will marginally shrink your nose too. Cut your front shorter it is messing up your thirds. Also let go of your facial hair and train neck. You can try to fix your upper eyelid exposure too, I am not too sure about this one just being angry fixed it for me. These should easily get you to htn unless you are short, otherwise hop on cancer meds.
