Yeah honestly there’s a lot of variables you can’t control but weight is definitely a thing you can. Also, if you think you’re disgusting now you never know how you’re going to look under all that blobs of fat. It’s not even about looks at this point bro, it’s for you’re health and sanity. Not with proper form, unless you’re doing significantly heavy weights for years with improper form it will do a slight negligible damage but mostly due to spinal decompression/posture which can easily be regained with stretching and Glucosamine/Chondriton/MSM.squats compress your spine, so it can in theory stunt your height

It won’t stunt you’re growth at all the most it will do is decompress you’re spine but that can be regained quickly after a good nights sleep with stretching and Glucosamine/Chondriton/MSM.it doesn't matter what your form is, you're putting fucking heavy ass weight on your back it, even with no weight your spine compresses due to gravity, that's why people are taller in the morning than at the end of the day
