You need SARPE, bro, which will give you a gap for a bit. If your palate is narrow, they should be able to do it, but it might not be covered by insurance.

how old are you because if youre done growing the only palatal expansion that you would actually want to get is MSE / MARPE. And only specific orthodontists know how to do it, you would likely be commuting a couple hours to one.
