Hahahahah 4IU every day? Bro you’re stunting your growth, calculate 0.07 x your body weight in kg and then convert that from mg to IU in HGH and that’s how much you need to run to grow, you’re obviously not GH deficient so anything below that formula is stunting you. And it’s backed up by a study
