Help me choose my jaw implant size

Hello guys

I have a very narrow jaw, and i'm aiming to enlarge it by getting jaw implant to reach the ideal 90/95% ratio (bigonial/bizygo)

The problem is how to know exactly the needed size, because you can't predict soft tissues reaction..
So i'm afraid to have either a too short or too wide implant.

2 well rated surgerons told me 2 differents things. . .
the first told me i needed a 9 mm implant per side cause i have huge zygo/gonion gap + narrow jaw
the second after working with his design engineer told me i needed 5.5mm per side, wich whould lead to the best ratio.

So 5:5 to 9 is to complete different things, how to choose ?
If any of you guys know a bit about this, please give you toughts about those photos

i first thought that the gonion landmark would be the edge of the vertical zygo, but it seems too wide.
You got to add softs tissues..

To be honest something between 5.5 and 9 could work because it's a large difference, for example 7mm

so the size is all about a "more or less" thing ?

it's not the shape, it's the size that i'm concerned with..

im afraid that the 5.5 is still too short
but also that the 9 will be too wide

I was also thinking that, can’t you go something in between?

yeah, maybe 7mm seems the best.

but it's crazy how even surgeron can vary opinions

one claims 9mm
the other 5.5mm..

it's like gambling
