(HELP ME COPE) Is it true that you only start to lose face fat at lower body fat percentages

Went from borderline landwhale (30% bf) to like 18-20%. Lost 50 fucking pounds. My body leaned out, back, waist, glutes. But my face has not changed


Still fat overall so I’m gonna keep cutting, but bro. if dropping 50 lbs barely made a dent in my face, I’m fucked I’m not about to do another 50-pound cut just to go from chipmunk to maybe slightly malnourished.


Someone help me cope and tell me there’s a point where your body finally says alright, let’s eat the face fat now
