Debloat??

Saw on TikTok that this is the new method—ate a banana for potassium, did upside-down chin tucks for lymphatic drainage, yanked my eyes back with fishing line (DIY fox eye style) been doing this for weeks and nothing changed? Someone let me know what I'm doing wrong (I'm 16 and don't eat carbs)

Clav said it’s the way and honestly he’s the biggest Chad I know.

I'm new btw so let me know how to ascend to chadlite

I’m debloating as well , it’s pretty simple heavy breakfast , lighter lunch , some snacks like fruits and milk at around 6pm and no dinner , gives your body more time to digest, do this for a week and you will definitely notice the changes right away
 
do you drink 7 liters of water a day? I drank 2L of cocunut water and it made me shit

rule: do the opposite of whatever you see on tiktok lol. If you consume a lot of potassium and no carbs and don’t see any improvement, maybe it’s not a bloat that’s the issue.
