So im 15 6”3 170 pounds rn, not so much muscle mass, more likely 20-25 bf % im thinking what to do. Bulk dirty to gain muscle mass then cut or try to stay at the same bf% and build muscle then cut. What are your thoughts on this?

So u want me to cut rn and then build muscle? Isnt it the hardest way?
