Help me decide

ok look i know this isnt gonna change the fact im a lltn and fucking ugly but in many posts ive been told to shave my "stache" if you could even call it that. im just worried its gonna make my philtrum look to long or just make me look even more like a baby than i already do. what do you think? and also why is it that everyone tells me to shave it? what is the negative effect its having?

the pedostache (scientific term btw) js looks dirty and gives the impression you dont take care of your looks/hygiene. also abt the baby face you're mentioning, it’s either water retention, fat from being high body fat or just fat bc youre young
