First of all i usually shave pretty often please skip that. I know my big issues such as nose and maxilla (I have an underbite and this causes me to have smile lines) Im thinking of getting a double jaw surgery, rhinoplasty, philtrum surgery and then maybe even canthal tilt or some other eye area surgery what do you guys think? Im open to both softmaxxing and harmaxxing.
