Help me determine my height

Im just turned 15 my dad is 175 my mom 157 my uncle is somehow 190. I am 173cm tall now and i havent grown for 4 months already maybe half a centimeter only, im still in puberty my voice is constantly cracking and i barely have facial hair. Am i done growing? And could i somehow reach 180cm???
