Help me doing the right decision

Y'all I am using 0.05% tret creme,
1% salicylic acid cleanser and now I am planning to use accutane (Isotretinoin) with these too.
The thing is I don't know what dosis I should take cuz I alr use tret creme

My high is 1,85 / I am 80-82 Kg currently
And I am 15 years old

A Syrian doc gave me them I threw away the accutane but now I wanna buy it again so ye I use a moisturizer is that enough? Should I cut out smt and if yes is it the tret cream or do I switch to a milder cleanser ?

You should either use tret or isotret not both as they have the same mechanism of action.

Ahhh dude forgot to tell you this but I had an surgery on my nose they melted my bloodthings (forgot what they were called but they said it was too open and that it is the reason I get nosebleed everytime I slightly rub/touch it especially when I am having a cold/ill) they haven't done the surgery on my left side of my nose and I get nosebleed every now and then.

Accutane causes nose bleed it's a side effect or no
Should I just not worry too much about it or do I reconsider my choice of getting Isotretinoin
