Help me find a good workout routine

Been looking everywhere for a good workout routine, I fell for the stronglifts 5x5 meme which I wasted all my time on before.

I really don't know what to look for tbh, It all seems so complicated, I just wanna know what to do so I can get bigger and more athletic. Because i'm very skinny atm. I found this workout routine. Will it be fine for my goals?. I only got a power rack, a pair of dumbbells, bench, barbell and weights.

Do push/pull/legs split. Keep your reps 6-12 and high volume (3 sets+). In terms of exercises, I don't know just do whatever suits your level G. It isn't that complicated. Just get to work, you'll gain muscle regardless, you don't need the perfect program.

Okay, then that program should be good. I'm just scared that It will be too much for me or that I will do something wrong. But tbh what's the worst that could happen. If I want to get big I need to go over my comfort zone and stop being a pussy.

Only really need to do 2 exercises for each muscle group. no need to overdo things. If you're a complete beginner, you really don't need to be doing that many exercises.

Chest - Bench Press / Pushups
Shoulders - Military Press + Delt Raises

Back - Pullups + Dumbell rows

Legs - Squat + Deadlift

Just do 30 minutes to 2 hours of cardio a day bro, it's all you need optimally 1 hour. Just do more cardio, just fucking do harder and longer cardio every day man. Everything else is cringe, you will reach peak aesthetics and health. You will become immune to diseases and your life span will increase to 200.

If you followed 5x5 properly you would not be skinny. Stop overthinking and just do pussy

Also you probably didnt do 5x5 properly/bad nutrition
