Does somebody have a weekly guide with included exercises for improving looks (excludng diet)? I've found a link on
smashing with a full guide, but I lack the other things, like chin tucks, neck curls, facial exercises, obiculari oculis training, gua sha and more. Does anyone have a weekly schedule or a spreadsheet with an exact repsXset for each exercise?
For example: Monday 8:00AM Chin tucks 30x2. 1PM neck curls 12x3 etc.
And including every single day of the week with restdays?
I don't care how big the file will be. All I care about is creating an exact weekly plan, so I don't have to think about what did I forget do through-out the day.
And I'm also lazy to make one, as I don't have a PC. (I'd be very thankful and will follow you)
