I don't know if it'd even make the difference but for those dark eyebags you should apply a Vitamin C serum and hope it brightens them.

Your eyebrows hold you back a lot too they're borderline invisible. You need to work on the density by using minox or just a rosemary/castor/peppermint oil mix then dying them black
