I want to hardmaxx and fix my asymmetry, can you point out some of the things that that’s making my face asymmetrical. I noticed that my eyes are not symmetrical but idk why tho. I also noticted my head/chin tilting to one side more which you can tell by last two pics even tho the angel is goofy, but im not doing it on purpose my head just not centered. Be brutal and honest!

Difficult for me to sleep on my back, I turn in my sleep. And also I had my hair long but it’s not sustainable since I work labor job and I get dirty everyday, also it’s a hustle for my 3b hair type.

at least try to sleep on the other side that you sleep most. you can do masseter muscle training but if you over do it you can get tmj and it will hurt
