Help me fix my biggest failo

My nose always looks bloated and uneven is there anything I should do or stop doing to make it look slimmer at the bottom
(I know I can't change the bone itself I'm talking about the bloat on the tip)

Just debloat/lose weight, hidrocortisone might help too, If you want, apply It twice a day, but be careful
Rhinoplasty is obviously the better option tho
