Help me fix my eye area (not subhuman ranting, actually holding me back)

my CT is already positive so cantho would he dumb
my browridge grew alot from my recent cycles but not enough yet to fix UUE

My bones, misc, harmony are already very good
what im lacking is deeper set eyebrows, better eye
form (PFL i think its called, like how opek my eyed are)
and under ese support

and ofc hazel contact lenses

It's cope, his facial structure isn't bad.

There are multiple approaches you could take, Hyaluronic acid filler (tear trough/midface) which will target the hollow infraorbital, and transition between the lower lid and cheek. This approach is best for actual deficiency in volume, and mild recession. It does come with a migration risk, and can look puffy. This approach doesn't address actual bone support either.

Another approach would be fat grafting, which is softer and more natural, longer lasting, however the retention is quite unpredictable. It can lead to potential asymmetry too. It's usually superior to repeated filler though, if the issue is true volume deficiency.

The actual skeletal route would be infraorbital/paranasal/malar implants.. This will target the rim projection, orbital support and midface recession. It will reduce hollow appearance, improve lower lid support and reduce the skeletalized eye appearance. The issue with this is that it's high risk compared to fillers, and revisions aren't easy. That's real surgery.

You have one final option, which would be a lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning.

This is very common for hollow lower eye areas, because a surgeon redistributes orbital fat and smooths the lid to cheek junction, they usually combine this with fat grafting and midface support work. It will dramatically reduce the sunken appearance, if the problem is soft tissue rather than only bone.

I recommend a small amount of strategic filer or fat grafting. If it's genuinely severe in person, you can consult regarding infraorbital/malar augmentation. @HubertSkeletrix
