If this is you, you look good, there is something off on the mouth area, i think its the philtrum that is too short. But the rest.. i dont see problems.

Great chin, kinda small ramus, nothing too extreme, mouth area but high and your neck looks like your pushing your head forward so fix posture

Probably, and you look already decent enough so it's not really worth the money/risks

You seem to have a deep bite, it's especially noticeable in the black and white picture. Thats why your lips seem pursed and you have a pretty deep mentolabial fold.

Two options:

1) Fix the underlying problem - Get a conservative bi-max to balance your profile out

2) Mask the problem - Get a chin shield osteotomy and reduce the depth of the mentolabial fold

Personally I'd go for option 1 but it's obviously a longer recovery.

Thanks man. My dentist actuallt diagnosed me with deep bite but i thought it would not impact me aesthetically.
