Hi guys, I need help to fix my utterly subhuman recessed profile, I look pretty good from the front but I want that 3d, in motion good looks. Help me plan the best posiible suregeries, osteotomies and softmaxxes and everything that comes to mind (exept for wrap-around shotgun implants). Keep in mind that I censored my eye area because it's already above average.

You are a weird case because your maxilla and mandible are forward grown and yet your nose and lips suggest that you are recessed.
Normally for someone with a similar profile I would suggest double jaw advancement. But your jaws are already good as I said.
So I guess you’ll have to fix the individual features one by one.
Your chin could be better. So could your nose, you have a bump. Maybe you will need a lip lift too

My idea was lateral bleparoplasty (don't remeber the exaxt name, the one where they make your lips wider), rhino, sliding geniplasty (or would a simple implant work better for my case?, orbital rim implants
