i know my jaw is a problem too as im lacking chin projection but im looking for advice on my flat maxilla as thats something i dont know a lot about in terms of fixing it through surgical means

I'm gonna be honest with you, your jaw is really bad. Short ramus, recessed chin, gonial angle too large, really narrow bigonial width.

Only real softmax you can do for your jaw is grow a beard to fraud it

No softmax for your maxilla its bone. Fix your jaw first imo

Good eye area though but everyone is right about your jaw you need implants but you can survive without them.

unless you tag a knowledgeable reputable user
just go to a blackpilled surgeon ad get a consultation
just lurk this place for a while and youll find some good names
